Pty. Ltd. was established in 2006 to provide a superior
customer service in the electrical and controls industry.
The name was chosen to reflect that we are a company
driven by Results, in the work that we do and also
the relationships that we form with our customers.
We are focused on building long lasting relationships
with all our customers and that communication
channels are always open. We also ensure that these relationships
are maintained and strengthened over time.
At Electric Results we make the utmost effort when
it comes to designing the job, the products we use
and recommend and the quality of our workmanship.
We start each job with the vision of making it something
special and unique for our client.
In the initial stages of pricing, design and planning,
every effort is taken to ensure that we understand
the scope of works and specifications, there are no
grey areas and that everything is approved before
work is started.
During the course of the job we ensure that the work
comes in on time and budget, all variations are handled
promptly, clarified and approved prior to them being
actioned and that the safety and welfare of all concerned
including the environment is paramount.
On completion of the works, we consider it important
to formally hand over the job. This includes a verbal
handover and a handover document which includes a description
of all works carried out, a Certificate of Compliance,
Technical data sheets and warranty information for
all products used, and maintenance information. We
will also provide you with a proposal for the ongoing
maintenance.
We carry $20M public liability cover with CGU insurance.
